Hexagon Invitation Suite
I was asked to create a suite with a honey comb or hexagon pattern. It was a fun to play around with the shapes to find a pleasing size and organic composition. I also got a chance to play with the same watercolor template I had made for a previous set of invitations. These have not been added to the Wedding Chicks site yet but I will be posting a link as soon as they do. However we have created a tote design for the Shop so you can find those right here.
Fancy Font Suite
We wanted a classically pretty invitation suite that relied only on the font as the beautifying design element. After finding this font (the name of which I am blanking on but will be tracking down soon) which had lots of fun ligatures and extra characters to play with, the rest fell right into place. It has not gone live on the site yet, but I will put up a link to it as soon as it does.
Splatter Paint Wedding Invites
A personal favorite of mine. Reason 1: It meant I got to splatter paint at work which always makes for a great day. Reason 2: The whole suite just screams fun! I could totally see myself using these for my wedding. Anyway, there are three great colors to choose from check them all out right here.
